Foresight Connection's Summer Webinar Schedule is Announced

Chicago, IL  June 3, 2009 - Lightspeed Research – The Foresight Group, a global provider of innovative employee survey solutions, 360 surveys, and  manager feedback surveys,  announced today the summer schedule for their Foresight Connection Educational Webinar Series.

 The first of these webinars titled:  Lights, Camera, Action Planning! Spotlight on Turning Survey Results into Action Plans is scheduled for June 24, 2009. This program is designed to help human resources and management professionals transform employee engagement survey results into organizational interventions. “Employee engagement surveys often return a tremendous amount of data for decision-makers to digest,” says Dr. Kerry Johnson, Senior Consultant with the Foresight Group and one of the key speakers for this event. “This data is vital to improve organizational performance, but sometimes the benefits get lost in translation,” comments Johnson. Speakers plan to elaborate on a five-pronged approach to employee survey action planning efforts that include working with clients to insure this information will translate into tangible business results and helping clients focus on the drivers of employee engagement for optimal employee performance. This event will also feature Dennis Hart, US Practice Leader and Jill Attkisson, Senior Consultant and Practice Manger, both with Hewitt Associates.

The second webinar in the summer series, scheduled for July 15, 2009 is titled “Movin’ On Up - Elevating HR to the Head of the Table in the Executive Suite.” Mark Ernst, featured speaker for this event and Founder of Ernst Enterprises, will focus HR leaders on how to become more relevant and influential in their organizations. “HR professionals have a tremendous amount of value to contribute to executive level decision-making,” explains Christy Kessler, Director with The Foresight Group. “Too often, they feel left out or are unsure of how to translate HR issues into positive financial impact for their organization,” adds Kessler. Ernst expects to offer valuable insights on how to clarify the value proposition of HR to decision-makers, and how to translate human resource metrics into financial metrics.

Human resources and management professionals are encouraged to attend these complimentary, one hour webinars. Previous webinars in this series have been approved for PHR recertification credits from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). “These webinars are an excellent, complimentary opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry and obtain recertification credits,” adds Kessler.
