2010 - Lightspeed Research-The Foresight Group merges with TNS to become, TNS Employee Insights.

2008 - Foresight launches new G3 technology initiative that delivers advanced reporting capabilities.

2007 - Lightspeed Research acquires Foresight, adding new research capabilities through online panels and expanding our global normative database. Foresight is renamed Lightspeed Research - The Foresight Group.

2006 - Foresight hosts a series of Global Employee Survey Summits, featuring experts from organizations with worldwide survey programs. Also, our World Benchmarking Consortium is expanded to include targeted industry sectors including healthcare, financial services, retail and manufacturing.

2005 - Foresight expands its international presence by launching operations in Bangalore, India.

2005 - Foresight leads the industry with a "How To" workshop offering hundreds of professionals opportunities to learn more about employee engagement.

2004 - Foresight breaks the cost barrier with new, inexpensive PULSE survey software for clients who want to design their own online surveys and reports.

2003 - Foresight publishes two books on survey design and action planning.

2001 - Working with Citigroup Cards, Foresight is the first to launch online action planning and best practices software, helping clients improve results over time.

2000 - Foresight creates the first online survey based Dashboard.

1999 - Working with United Technologies, Foresight leads the industry with online ad hoc reporting software allowing managers to create their own reports in real-time.

1998 - Working with Novartis, Foresight creates online 360 software for international managers.

1997 - Foresight excels in online survey data collection, offering online survey data administration in 36 languages.

1996 - Foresight is the first in the industry to post survey reports online and eliminate paper reporting.

1995 - Foresight receives U.S. Patent for Feedback Express Card technology.

1994 - Foresight is founded as a pioneer in online/electronic survey and international solutions provider.

1990 - Foresight founders experiment with online, web-based survey technology and reporting.

1989 - Foresight founders are awarded ASQ survey training awards for Quality Climate design and professional instruction (American Society of Quality, 150,000 members worldwide).

1985 - Foresight founders receive HR Executive magazine’s Top 10 New Products award for Telephone Survey Technology introduction with AT & T.
