Clients to gain expanded global norms, new linkage capabilities
BASKING RIDGE, NJ AND LAKE ZURICH, IL (April 2, 2007) — Lightspeed Research, a global interactive data solutions provider to the marketing research industry, has acquired Foresight International, Inc. — a global provider of innovative employee survey solutions. Foresight's expertise in employee engagement and normative databases, delivered through a proprietary ASP survey technology across more than 120 countries, has made them an industry leader in employee satisfaction research.
Founded in 1994, Foresight is at the forefront in providing measurable and cost effective employee engagement programs for leading global clients. Ever increasing pressures to retain employees, boost productivity and control costs has led to greater demand for survey services that provide reliable feedback to management while enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Founded in 2000, Lightspeed Research provides quality market research solutions through the use of its global online panels in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
