Identify linkages across critical measurement areas
The Foresight Group's Dashboard software enables managers throughout
the organization to simultaneously view a set of key measurement
indicators. These may include instrumentation for employee, customer
and financial performance data, to help your managers maintain a
Balanced Scorecard.
For example, a retail store manager's Dashboard can include an
instrument for each of the following metrics: secret shopper survey
results, annual employee survey results, turnover data, shrinkage
information, year-to-date sales data, and amount of sales per employee.
To quickly identify individual group strengths and problem areas, each
metric can be viewed in a red-yellow-green gauge format. Viewing the
entire Dashboard allows managers to see all metrics at once, enabling
them to spot linkages across all critical measurement areas. And
